WHAT DOES G2G MEAN?

My wife purchased shrimp lo mein. The noodles were being cooked just great and the seasoning was superior. But there was a single weird detail. It tasted like they velveted the shrimp. If shrimp is cooked correctly, you needn't velvet them. don't forget C is cooked O is overcooked. ? But I would take in there once more contemplating It is difficult
